Refunds and Returns Policy
At Impra Tea we strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and service. However, even with the best of intentions, things can go wrong.
If you believe you have a reasonable complaint please contact us immediately to report the matter, quoting your order number. Our policy requires you to return the tea in its original packaging, for examination and testing. If the tea is found to be unsatisfactory as claimed, the tea will be replaced.
